Food was hot and fresh our waitress was very sweet and good with my kids only downside was they forgot to give us silverware or menus which as a former waitress I get that when you've had a busy day it can happen no hard feelings I will be back I really enjoyed the food and so did my kids which is saying something because they're picky
Terrible customer service. Was meeting a group of friends for dinner. Yes we walked In with a drink from another restaurant. Was made by an employee to pour our drink in one of their cups. Which is totally fine. But being asked to toss the straw too?!
Great service last night, much appreciated. I found some items in my food that should NOT have been in there, but the manager was quick to offer to cook me a new bowl and took the cost of my order off the menu. Thanks so much for being so nice and professional about it.
I loved this place and anytime I am in the mood for Mongolian bbq I immediately think of Genghis Grill. I will go back again and again if it keeps the standards it has already in place.
