Memorial and Penn location IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I WORKED THERE && JUST HAD TO QUIT BECAUSE EMPLOYEE AN "GM" STOLE MY MONEY. BUT BECAUSE IT ISN'T CAMERAS, There's nothing "they can do". Whole store is out of place!
Food was OK. Place was unorganized and not clean. First visit probably my last.
The service here is absolutely horrible!!! We ordered online and gave a specific pick up time and we we got there they hadn't even started making our bowls. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our food and the "large" Togo bowls we ordered had literally 5 udon noodles in it, two broccoli stalks and 1 zucchini. It was an absolute waste of money and while we were waiting the servers were so rude to us! I will never eat at this location again!!!!
My first time trying it! The service was quick and courteous! The food was hot and delicious!!! I will definitely be going back!!!
