Unprofessional and unbelievable. Fernandez did not acknowledge us when we came in. Focused on speaking with a contractor about remodeling. A very small office so we were only two feet away. Was not addressed until 20 minutes or so later (only patient there) was on time for appointment. Did not have the tools ready for a toddler and 5 year old even though we made this appointment specifying such. Admins also could not find my daughter under my insurance on top of that.
