I had such a great experience! I was in and out quickly. The first time I received an IUD through Planned Parenthood, it was a nightmare. I could barely sit still and was in so much pain that I ended up screaming. I had no idea how painful the process could be. I recently had an IUD placed at Geneva Woods, so i could get on treatment for my acne, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly attentive and took my concerns seriously, especially given my low pain tolerance. I chose Geneva Woods after my PCP did not offer any pain management options, and I’m very glad I did. I’m writing this review 2.5 years after delivering with the midwives at Geneva Woods because of the positive experience I had. I’m currently pregnant with my second baby, seeing a group of midwives in another state. Geneva Woods is out of this world compared. I would fly back to Alaska to deliver with them again if I could. Thank you for performing at the highest level of obstetric care.
Barb (Dr. Norton) and the team have been such a blessing to me!! Attentive, EXCELLENT bedside manner, knowledgable. My voice is heard at this office! Barb helped me bring my most precious gift into this world. I can not thank her and the team enough for everything. Unfortunately they do not do births anymore, though, I decided to keep this office for primary care since they are so wonderful! Truly the best doctors office experience I've ever had.
