Aver llegado con el doctor fue lo mejor que le pudo pasar a mi hijo para mi es un excelente doctor y muy profesional se encargo de explicarme con todo el amor del mundo todo el proceso de la surgía que le hice a mi hijo tenía toda su vida respirando por la voca y ahora le pregunto a mi hijo que como esta su respiración y me dice que 100% mejor le agradezco mucho al doctor.
I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic. I waited well past my scheduled appointment time with little to no communication about the delay. When I finally saw the doctor, the visit was not helpful. I came in specifically for an ear checkup, but the conversation kept drifting to unrelated topics, and my actual concerns were never properly addressed. I felt compelled to come and write a review because these folks have been wonderful to me. Particularly PA Becker and Dr. Enders and his team. I went to my pre op appointment today and let’s just say, it was so refreshing to have providers take time to explain what will be happening and to do so with respect and compassion. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I don’t look forward to surgery tomorrow but at least I’ll be in the most caring of hands, so thank you. 🙏🏻
