When I lived in these apartments I had a 3 week old baby and my next door neighbor was shot and killed while her children slept upstairs. Two weeks later another neighbor was stabbed. I moved VERY soon after. It is government substidised housing but it was not worth the risk of putting my new born baby and myself at risk. Unfortunatly because it is based off of low income it has a population of mostly low income, uneducated, welfare people who want to fight over how much your rent is compared to theirs.
