A really bad place. New management is systematically trying to get rid of people who have been here for many years. Suddenly we have a serious bedbug problem and roach problem that we didn't before. They are charging outrageous fees for "not being prepped " for the bugman. First time $35.00, second time $75.00, third time, $150.00 and your lease will not be renewed, meaning eviction.
