Living at 8280 Geneva Point Elk Grove Ca 95624 Apartments has been a terrible experience. The management, especially the manager, is extremely rude and unhelpful. From day one, she disqualified me unfairly, causing unnecessary stress. Even after finally getting the apartment, I faced continuous issues, and instead of resolving them, she made things even more difficult. Communication is poor, and they treat residents unfairly. Many tenants leave within a few months because management simply doesn’t care about their residents.... read more
I have been living here for over 4 years and overall the apartments have been well Mantenienced and the outside is very clean and taken care of also the laundry area and gym is very clean and there is always parking available so I can say yes I enjoy living here.
