The manager of this community has been extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my application process. I applied for a unit and paid both the application fee and the required deposit. Afterward, the manager told me that she was going to give the unit to someone else. She then told me that there was another unit available and that she would transfer my application to that unit. Living at 8280 Geneva Point Elk Grove Ca 95624 Apartments has been a terrible experience. The management, especially the manager, is extremely rude and unhelpful. From day one, she disqualified me unfairly, causing unnecessary stress. Even after finally getting the apartment, I faced continuous issues, and instead of resolving them, she made things even more difficult. Communication is poor, and they treat residents unfairly.
