What a nightmare of a person to deal with. We brought a ring in to trade and upgrade and we would have been treated better in a pawn shop. Took an hour to find parking for this lady to be pompous And rude when there was nothing impressive about her shop. I rarely make reviews and never negative but this was the single worst experience I have had in any retail store by the actual owner smh. Lynne painted the most amazing likeness of our friends doberman. it was such a special gift. it will be treasured forever. We liked the painting so very much we hired her to do several canvases of our pets too.
