There is so much to learn with your first pair of hearing aids that I am very thankful I was able to work with a great group. Everyone is very informative and really takes the time to offer personalized care and instruction. I don’t think you would receive the same experience with a big box store. Been wearing my hearing aid for almost six years. Whenever there is a problem it gets taken care of even when I enter the door unannounced. Never turned away just wait and the great service comes. Would recommend this place to anyone that needs hearing help.
