I live an hour away but still make the drive anytime I need services! Geneva is worth it. In addition to friendly staff and quick, efficient service, Rich Bicbic is fluent in ASL, meaning I don’t need an interpreter for my appointments. As an added plus, they’re always doing great things for the local Deaf community!
Rich and the rest of the team ALWAYS provide outstanding customer service! As an example, Monday night my right aid died and by Tuesday morning it was sent in for repair and a loaner programmed for my hearing loss all from my car!! Geneva Hearing Services has adapted and continued to excel during these crazy COVID times. I am a grateful and happy customer for life!
I took Specialized child the person was very good with him. Turns out he has fluid and both ear infections took him straight to ER so thank you.

Geneva Hearing Services is fantastic! They took time to really understand what was bothering me and answer all of my questions in a way that wasn’t rushed at all. Dr. Morrison is an expert in the treatment of tinnitus, and while no one can wave a wand and “fix” it, I came away with a concrete plan of action for reducing its impact. I was really glad I made the trip to Geneva. If I had it to do again, I would have seen them even sooner.
