Excellent care until the discharge nurse came in. Wow, I have never seen a nurse so rude. She ripped the oxygen off my husband and started shouting because he still had it on, she acted like she couldn’t get us out fast enough. The doctor recommended my husband go home with oxygen and she decided he didn’t need it, doctor also recommended he talk to infectious control and nurse decided he didn’t need that. RecommendedMy husband had a visit to the emergency department last sunday. While putting the gutter up on our house the screw slipped and he drilled the screw into his pointer finger. He got to the ED about 2 pm and had been seen by the dr, had xrays of his finger and discharged by 4 pm. We were very pleased that the rest of our day wasnt consumed with sitting in the ED!
RecommendedI was in the emergency department last night. I went to the registration window where Ernie met me with a smile. I told him I wasnt sure what was going on but that I was having chest pain....he immediately put me in a wheelchair, brought me back to a room and there were 3 nurses waiting for me! Within 10 minutes I had an IV in, monitors were hooked up and my EKG was already done! A few minutes later, Dr. Davidoff was there to see me and the radiology tech was there to do my chest xray! got here at 9:40pm on 4/7/19 and here it is 2am still sitting in the waiting room. do not come here
2 hour waits for a doctors appointment are not acceptable. I’m a pretty understanding person but two hours is just not good service at all. And for a reception to ask a person to show up a little early when they are forced to wait two hours from their scheduled appointment time? Not very good service.
Slow.. even when they aren’t busy. And they don’t have curtesy to keep you updated
I’m currently at 18 minutes spent on hold simply trying to order a refill on my medication. FL Health, fire whomever is supposed to be answering that phone. Everyone else, DO NOT go here for your health care.
