Cancelled my elderly mothers "new patient" intake after her old doctor left, next appointment isn't for THREE MONTHS. My mother has been in and out of the hospital and needed to see a doctor, and the best they can do is January, after they cancelled? This is completely unacceptable.
This is the third time in a row my wife has gone to see her doctor who spends two mins on the computer typing vs hearing concerns. Also the third time in a row they haven’t provided the translator like we have asked even though when I called to set up her first appointment I asked specifically for one… her doctor was more concerned with prescribing her a years worth of medication vs actually asking why we made a appointment.
