I called my previous dental office to request an emergency office visit for an abscess.I have above average dental insurance. I was put on hold and was then told it would be 6 DAYS,YES 6 DAYS before I would be seen! Really? That confirmed my original opinion of that dental office. Guess what? BYE!! I then called Geneva Family Dentistry and they would take me as a new patient and see me that same day! What a great group of people! Everyone from the reception to the end goes above and beyond. I really felt like they cared about me and my comfort even calling me the next day to make sure I was feeling ok. I appreciate their professionalism and care. I also think their prices are very reasonable and if dentistry can be called affordable, this is the place to go. Highly recommend them.

The dentist has always seemed like a dreaded chore until transferring to Dr Markham. Even when i have had work beyond a cleaning it has always been a pleasant experience. My hygenist Jamie is awesome as well as all the other staff. Everyone seems to be happy to be at work and that certainly makes for a better visit.
