The doctors and staff were incredibly helpful. In all the times I went to get my eyes checked up, this was the first time I got thorough answers to all my questions and had a more thorough exam.
My first visit with Dr. Ung was excellent - the staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease.
I’ve had vision insurance since I was very young and have never paid more than a small copay (around $20) for an exam. I even have dual coverage, so I assumed I was fully covered here. When I arrived, I was told my insurance was VSP, which gave me confidence that everything would be fine.
