Ok so it has been so many days. Below are not fixed. 1) No Canada post mails are delivered here to the entire building. 2) Mail boxes are all open , there is no master lock installed by Canada post. 3) Its been a month the intercom is still not fixed , i have been missing so many parcels because of that. 4) There is a parking issues, there is no space for our dedicated parking, the apartment number 16 guy parks 2 cars which takes all the space. I moved in on the 20th January 2025. Heating isnt fixed yet. A lot of things pending and nobody can fix it. Maintenance services are resolved without confirmation. Pathetic experience.
Cockroache infested building, no a/c which is crazy for how much they charge for rent. Building gets insanely hot in the summer. Also watch for dumb fees if signing a lease, they tried to charge a security fee for building security cameras and such when there isn't any type of security at all. So Many times the hot water would cut out, only good thing is the building maintenance workers.
my roommate and I are still waiting for the repairman to come and fix some issues for nearly one week.
