This nail salon isn’t in the Natick Mall anymore! It is Mimi Luxe and they are FANTASTIC!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the manicure I received. I specifically requested the fastest service as I was pressed for time, but instead of regular nails, the manicurist offered to do dip powder. Even my 8-year-old daughter could have done a better job. I clearly stated that I wanted a tip because I dislike having short nails, but my request was completely ignored. they told me to wait 30 minutes then come back, so i did. i came back exactly 30 minutes later and they had taken other customers that came after me, first. i then had to wait another 30 minutes while they did the other people’s nails. ridiculous and unprofessional.

When I left the salon and looked over my nails again…I was very disappointed. At first glance in the salon everything looked fine. I will say once another customer came in during my visit, it seemed like the woman doing my nails was in a rush. Honestly if I could get my money back I would because the job on this set is not okay.
