Waiting over an hour for initial home care visit with no call back after I contacted scheduling twice. Husband now overdue for IV antibiotics to fight staph infection in replacement hip.
Called nurse to give husband antibiotic in pick line for 2pm dose. Everything left out on table. I had a funeral to attend. When I got home nurse had come, however antibiotic still on the table and all flushes where used.
My mother was sent home on hospice Feb. 2015, the staff at Reverence were all truly amazing, from our Nurse, to that social worker, the clergy, and wonderful aides that helped with moms personal care. I am very grateful for everything Reverence has done to ensure my moms final months of life were comfortable and she was able to pass away peacefully in her own home with the utmost dignity.
