Incompetent doctor that wont do her job.
If I could give zero stars I would. You spend entirely too much time trying to call their office and they never answer. You MIGHT get lucky to leave a message. The office hours on google are different than their real hours. The sign on the door stated 830am opening but dont answer phones until after 930? Why am I calling 11 times and never getting through?
I was unaware that a new doctor was there until I called for refills on diabetic and blood pressure meds. They refused to refill as they had not seen me. I explained they had my records and that they were risking my life. The office manager literally yelled at me and still refused my medications. The office manager apologized for yelling and stated," Im sorry, it seems every patient is calling, mad at us". Very good doctor. She is no nonsense and listens. The staff is very kind. I don’t know why reviews are low.
