I was unaware that a new doctor was there until I called for refills on diabetic and blood pressure meds. They refused to refill as they had not seen me. I explained they had my records and that they were risking my life. The office manager literally yelled at me and still refused my medications. The office manager apologized for yelling and stated," Im sorry, it seems every patient is calling, mad at us". Very good doctor. She is no nonsense and listens. The staff is very kind. I don’t know why reviews are low.
She is the best doctor- kind, caring and compassionate. She sees kids and adults, and I cannot recommend her enough! She’s been a life saver to our family for many years.
I was discharged from the care of my previous doctor after I filed a complaint due to issues with his staff and their treatment of me. I made a meet and greet meeting with this doctor and everything seemed fine. I called a month later to made an appointment and was informed by Stephanie, office staff, via voice mail that the doctor would not take me as a patient.
