Great place to go Dr Adams Dr kipke and Dr ciardo they take very good care of you and the nurses are great love them all 🥰
Very dysfunctional. Nurses don't have a clue of what the Dr. has ordered. Dr. fails to put in the order. Can not talk to a nurse or P.A without jumping through hoops and then you get a voicemail. Poorly organized. Again appointment and they didn't have a clue repeated lab tests already done. Asked 3 time to speak to my doctor only to be ignored. Patient care borders on malpractice.
When I was here in 2017 for my breast cancer treatment it was very well organized and efficient. The way it is being run now is chaotic to say the least! I've been sent to get labs done at two different locations, tow different locations for blood transfusions and was apparently scheduled for iron infusion and was never notified. would not recommend this cancer institute. The lack of communication and follow-up has been unacceptable. They repeatedly failed to return calls, canceled appointments while we were already waiting in the lobby or on Zoom, and did not follow through on critical care needs such as calling in prescriptions or placing blood transfusion orders. For patients already going through such a difficult time, this level of disorganization and disregard is beyond disappointing—it is dangerous. First review I have ever left. Absolutely horrible care. Total lack of follow up, failed at contacting hospitals to request appointments. Missed schedules office appointments. Talked to and treated like an irritation and inconvenience by staff. Rarely called back when they said they would. My dad was treated like he was old and he did not matter.
