Our bedroom carpets were dull, flattened, and dingy. After the hot water extraction and grooming, the pile stood up tall, soft, and looked like it had just been installed.
Our basement carpet had developed a faint mildew smell after summer humidity. Their sanitizing wash eliminated the odor at the root without masking it behind overpowering chemical scents.
We had cosmetic foundation and liquid lipstick spilled on the dressing room floor. The technician used a targeted grease-cutting solvent that dissolved the pigments cleanly.
Our commercial carpet in the clinic waiting area was stained with street mud and salt. They cleaned the floors after hours, leaving them sanitized and dry for patients.
Our dog had an accident in the guest room that soaked through to the pad. Their sub-surface extraction tool pulled all the moisture out, completely eliminating the smell.
