Each time (6) patients call Genesis Care to make an appointment, the message says "you are > 40th in the queue." That does not respect patients' time. Imagine if we were having a problem and needed to get hold of a staff member! Although the doctors are ones we are established with, now that they are with genesis and we are treated this way, we asked our primary ro send a referral elsewhere.
