My husband has a genesis and the service we get from here is top notch. Highly recommend. Love our genesis, will never switch.
We have been to the service department a few times now, I'm not very impressed with the lack of communication we have received. We never seems to know what is going on with our car, I have to call multiple times to find anything out, I would expect more communication than this. And I have been dealing with the service manager, so it has been disappointing. But we love the car G70
I have to say the staff and management here are great. I bought a G80 prestige and have had some minor issues. The staff have been great at taking care of everything.
Never can hook up with service department. They always take your number to call back which takes at least an hour or more. Sometimes not at all. They do not return calls as promised The only thing good about Genesis is the car!!!!
