I have repeatedly tried to contact this company, leaving 5 voicemails in a 2 week period. Then, I tried to email them with my concerns regarding parts needed. I have still not received a call back to have a chance to explain my problem, though it was detailed in my email. I am beginning to wonder if this is actually a business? I called the Mt. I generally don’t write reviews, good or bad. But let me just say Keith was fabulous. He is excellent at customer service, very knowledgeable and was able to fix my bed within minutes. If you are looking for a TRUSTWORTHY company to deal with look no further. Genesis Warranty Solutions is the place to call. I also want add that I asked how much I owed for the service call. I am taking the time to compose this review because I am in total amazement of the customer service that was extended to me. The person that I directly have been in communication with - Keith C******* - is over the top. I had a situation with my 92 year old mother's power bed that was inoperable. During the process, my mother had another heart attack and it is imperative that she sleep in an elevated position. I just spoke to a woman at your firm, and she insulted me during our conversation. She first informed me that you don't handle warranties for Genesis beds. So my simple question was: "if you don't handle warranties, why is your website called 'Genesis Warranty Solutions'. She immediately told me, in a nasty voice, that that was a stupid question. Contacted Donna at Genesis Warranty Solutions after my Mother's older adjustable bed stopped working. She was helpful patient and gave me excellent advice on costs of repair and alternatives. Trying to save me money she advised of some excellent service videos which I was able to use to lay the bed flat and avoid a service call for the final repair.
