I just want to thanks Donna for the amazing experience that I had working with Genesis. Not only did they get my adjustable bed to work correctly, but she went above and beyond anything that I would have expected. It so refreshing to know that real customer service still exist!!! they get two thumbs up!!!!!

Fantastic customer support and service from Keith C*******. I am so glad I found Genesis Warranty Solutions after searching all over the internet for replacement foot motors for my 12 y/o **********bed and not finding anything. Keith took the time to talk to me on the phone, send pictures, and explain everything to me. I am extremely happy with the two replacement foot motors he shipped to me in California. Donna is simply amazing and incredibly considerate. We actually had some miscommunication that turned out to be a result of my misunderstanding. But Donna handled it like a champ, was incredibly professional, and even apologized if she’d made any mistakes. It also turns out she had solved my issue 3 days earlier via text. Haha. About 8 months ago my new adjustable bed suddenly stopped working. The company I bought the bed from went belly up with little to no information for the consumer to get help. I decided to check the website one more time and they had provided Genesis Warranty as a source for parts. My husband's adjustable bed quit working. He is disabled and it was necessary to fix this asap. Warranty had expired but Donna to the rescue. I called Genesis and Donna was absolutely great in helping me. Motor was ordered, delivered and she walked me through the installation when I had a problem. My adjustable bed quit working and your guy Keith C******* returned my call. He was so nice and helpful. He had my bed fixed in a matter of minutes. He offered to stay on the phone with me while I tried what he told me to do. I used to own my own business before retiring and I know how nice it is to have good and helpful employees He has my vote for employee of the month. Thanks for letting me share this.

This is the first time I have written a business review and I am 84 with a bedbound wife of the same age. I called Genesis because my warranty had expired on my split queen size bed and neither side would go up. I spoke with Keith and he asked me a few questions and told me that he would research the bed and see if he could help me. I have repeatedly tried to contact this company, leaving 5 voicemails in a 2 week period. Then, I tried to email them with my concerns regarding parts needed.
