Well organized clean nice and neat !!!!
If you have any issues with their property manager report to HUD and escalate further via higher powers such as you departments and boards Owned by a Rev. & family Also for current tenants FILE MOTIONS to avoid riff raft keep all your records dealing with this place . Other properties are Milwaukee Junction being the newest . There’s some type of scam with the DTE utility my unit had a balance of $167 with shutoff notices two week before I signed my lease here so KEEP ALL Documentation and be safe .
