I went to look at a Genesis on a Friday afternoon to compare to Lexus and Mercedes. The dealership is a dump. I wasn’t sure they actually sold Genesis as I couldn’t see a sign or a car. I walked in and asked if this was Genesis was greeted by someone who showed me a rendering of their planned new dealership building. Then he told me to wait for a salesman to greet me. I was warned about this dealership from a couple of coworkers, but figured I'd give it a shot. Booked an appointment to view and drive a demo Genesis. Arrived on time, checked in, waited and waited. No one came to help, although several ppl were sitting around or outside vaping. Contacted the sales person Collin, via text, and got no reply. I finally left to view another vehicle. BRUTAL customer service from a 3rd rate dealership. The place is a mess. I'm buying on the mainland with professionals. **Update to the dealerships... read more

We just picked up a GV70 yesterday and had such a good experience, I felt it warranted a review. Colin was the sales rep who facilitated our evaluation and I must compliment his salesmanship. Genuine, knowledgeable and refined. Highly recommend their cars and their services!
