Genesis is awesome. The trainers are nice and always willing to help with anything you need. I’ve seen big improvements in things such as my speed, vertical and overall strength and it’s really helping me improve in my sports. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to improve your athleticism.
My husband, daughter, and I have both been going to Genesis for a couple of years now and we absolutely love it. The trainers are excellent with all ages, and we have noticed a huge difference in my daughter’s sports performance and our overall health. I would give Genesis more than 5 stars if I could. I would highly recommend!
I am a member to multiple gyms and typically self motivated, but engaging with Genesis has delivered the most results - love the atmosphere, coaches, overall great vibe that brings results. I’ll continue to increase the amount of time and engagement with them
I have been lifting at Genesis since last summer, the workouts and the trainers are great. Always ready to help with form, subbing out an exercise or whatever you need. It is great to walk in and know exactly what I am going to lift that day.
My daughter has been going to genesis for over a year. She has seen great improvement on her strength and speed along with her confidence. She looks forward to going to workout at genesis and the amazing trainers. We love Genesis
