This was my second appointment with Gray and I am truly impressed with her knowledge. At my first appointment, I told her what I was trying to accomplish with my hair, she immediately found the haircut I described and started me on my way to my goal. I am very impressed with the professional and friendly way I was welcomed. I did not have to wait at all for my appointment, which is great when you have a busy day ahead of you.
