Genesis Roofing and Remodeling have done four major projects at our house. They installed a metal roof, replaced siding, installed a 26 feet GlueLam beam ( to support an upper deck and installed an impossible trex decking. Leo Martinec, figured out a way to install level decking over a very unlevel concrete pad. Genesis has my highest recommendation.
We manage many properties in Washington State. I have worked with Leo from Genesis Roofing for almost 14 years now. he has always been prompt at getting me bids and one of the friendliest people to talk to. I recommended this company to anyone looking for a roof bid or new install. The work is top of the line.
Leo Martinez, owner of Genesis Roofing, is very professional, efficient, and honest. We have used his company for years and will continue to do so. His last job for us was very complex and took a lot of care and attention to detail to get right. He is conscientious and strives to do excellent work. I highly recommend!
Caused $2000 worth of damages to our apartment and then refused to payout. Has been unprofessional in both behavior and service. Would not recommend period.
Never used the company and never will, but after many attempts to contact Leo for damages done to a car... Insurance is now involved and Leo ghosted the person in need. Absolutely untrustworthy and not accepting the fact his crew damaged a vehicle even after accepting the fact they did... IN FACT... Damage a vehicle.
