At least at this point, the 1 star rating is based on a representative of the company came out to provide an estimate for my landscaping project and promised to provide the estimate within the week. When I didn't receive it, I contacted them to determine the status. No response. Unless an extenuating circumstance came up as reason why the estimate was delayed you would that at minimum a return call/email would be in order.
