The owner of the company really treats his clients with respect. 🙄 They charge you for what they want when you move out. They charged us for over a grans worth is damage we didn’t do. They charged us random fees on our account without explaining then late fees for not paying them. He charges us for things that were done to the house by a prior tenant. Do Not do business with this company. A bunch of thieves. Call me, message me. I’ll give you all the details. Seems they like being sued. Others with negative reviews are having to sue them due to their dishonesty.
We have caught the owner and our property manager in a list of lies. They’re trying to charge us to replace 20 year old carpet in our old house even tho we were told we wouldn’t be accountable for it. They told us our lawn had to be in premo condition to move out but the new lawn was never taken care of when we moved to another house of theirs. I've been renting from these guys for over a year now. I called today about a slight issue and they took care of it right away! Great company to rent from! Hopefully next June we will be purchasing our first house from them! :)
