They had a huge problem with a dishonest staff member, sales Rep, Rubin. I was promised by my new Rep "that things would be better and I would have my diamond ring sold and I can move on from this horrible experience." After I purchased another of there "showings and sales," I still have not received an offer or any info on the sale of my diamond ring.
