Excellent cars but horrible service. They call it a prestige brand but they are far from reaching that status. Recently got my car serviced with few issues, they recommended me to change the tyres at 18k (yeah thats right) because the car jiggles on turning when you accelerate at low speed, car came half washed, poor communication. I asked if they can change the tyres ofcourse at a cost? They said I have to get it done through the tyre shop elsewhere. Well done Genesis. I wish if had read the Product reviews before buying.
