I do not recommend this store. The company is good, just not this location. They don't listen and are rude and argumentive. Very poor customer service.
I lost my wife of 35 years 4 months ago and I tried to get them to pickup the things they had brought me for Hospice East. Hospice East has been great but I couldn’t get Genesis to pickup there thing. I ask them to call me first. I told him I’d leave it out front. This was in December. I left it out for about a week and finally I took it back put it in my garage. Then they sent me a bill for the wheelchair which I wasn’t supposed to get a bill. Ordered oxygen tubing about a week ago still has not delivered it and they have not gave me a filter for my oxygen concentrator. I had about six or seven years ago. I had to pay for my oxygen filter for my machine myself online. Worst Customer Service ever.
