They did not want to see me because I didn't have insurance!! Plus when I called they told me something different than what I was told when I scheduled my appointment! They n only care if u have insurance. Plus I spent 64.00 with an uber from Evanston to Oak Park to come to them because I was told the one by me was only for physical therapy. I AM SO DONE!!

Dr bill and whatever the new white lady pa is took me as a joke loudly talked about me and laughed right next to my door and then came in and tried joking with me as if I didn’t hear them talking crap downplayed my injury and didn’t even give me and mri which is why I was there I had a referral
I work in the medical field, and in my entire career—both professionally and as a patient—I have never experienced the level of disorganization and lack of accountability that I did with Genesis Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. I strongly do not recommend this practice. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere reputable like Rush University Medical Center, Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, or any other orthopedic provider. From the front desk to the techs to the PA-C everyone’s so lovely. I met with Brittney Richter who was able to diagnose my tennis elbow and show me how to relive the pain. She was brilliant and I highly recommend her and the business as a whole. Thank you so much, Brittney!
