Great service & competitive pricing on the sales side
SCAM ALERT: We live in Myrtle Beach and have to commute 2.5 hours to have the car serviced. We brought our car for routine service and were told new breaks were needed. We were okay with this and agreed to have them changed. Shortly later we received a call saying that they were out of stock for OEM brakes and that they needed to be ordered. Not even sure where to begin. I needed a skid plate replaced on my car and took it to this dealership. Paid over $1,000 three weeks ago to have the part ordered. After waiting two weeks, I received an update that the incorrect part had been ordered. I finally received a call this past week that the correct part finally arrived and set up an appointment for today (almost exactly 3 weeks since the initial visit to the dealership).
