Want a luxury car like a Genesis with luxury decent service? Go buy a Lexus or how about a Subaru?! From the floor mats that 3 years later never were given to us to the service department having to use an “odor bomb” after a spill from replacing the fuel pump then not bolting the seat back, this dealership needs a major overhaul.
Michele and Isaiah went ABOVE and beyond to get us into our new GV80. So appreciative of their service and expertise.
