From the initial call of my issues to leaving with my car after the service, I was amazed at the attention and commitment given to me by their excellent service team. We transferred to the new Genesis shop in Charleston from N.Charleston. We had the best experience with Kaleb. From the time we called to making the appointment to dropping off the vehicle. To picking up the car. Very attentive to our needs and concerns. Kaleb is the guy you want servicing your car! Thank you! I have to admit I'm at fault and I feel bad. Have left message after message. Can’t even get a call back or anyone on the phone! So many of us Genesis owners were excited and hopeful about this new Genesis dealer/service. It was meant to bring a higher level of service than the Hyundai dealer in North Charleston. So far it’s not been even close to a luxury experience and has me and others thinking of going back to Mercedes or Porsche.
