On April, my wife and I purchased a 2019 Black Audi A8 L from your dealership. Before and during the initial process, your salesman Patrick Kronski was nothing but professional. This place is ridiculous, how does AI help you with explaining a problem. Can’t talk to anyone unless buying a car . Service at N Charleston was terrible with two different trips. Now new location had my car a week and did not touch it. When we text back and forth they haven’t even addressed the problem it was towed in for. Can’t talk to anyone in service. Shout out to Brandon Wright my cousin (insider we have the same last name 😂) the best service , because I went to a different location before Charleston and they failed me . Charleston location (Mr.Wright) stepped in and handled business. Exceptional service, the atmosphere, esthetic amazing. Please check them out. I had to get a loaner car and Aiden helped with that.
