Ricky Banegas was very helpful, informative and accommodative during the length of the sales process, and the entire staff was gracious and extremely pleasant to be around.
The customer service or sales department was fantastic and excellent team.
The sales person (Steve) was outstanding. The F&I person was very good. My only issue in buying the used Genesis GV70 was I only received one key fob. The dealership agreed to pay half the cost of a new Fob. And the price started at 150 dollars then escalated to 350. When my son picked up the reprogrammed key fob he was told by the service department that the price was 450. So I should believe that the price of a fob would cost over 900 dollars retail. The dealership gets their parts at cost and labor is not that expensive. ... read more
