Went for warranty trim replacement and car was dropped off with damage and misaligned trim replacement. Follow up. Called and got receptionist and she said she would transfer my call to the service supervisor and was directed to a voicemail box.
I took 2022 GV70 in for warranty work. Jalen is my Service Adviser. He made sure he got the job done ASAP so I could be on My Way. Excellent Service Always!
Jaylen was my service liaison and was great! He arranged a loaner vehicle fir me and also was extremely helpful in dealing with the extended warranty folks. He wasn't satisfied with their findings and called them out a second time and they agreed with Jaylens assessment of my vehicle resulting in them covering the air compressor replacement. Thank you Jaylen for going to bat for me especially as summer hits here in Vegas!! Great job!
