Called for service appointment six weeks ago. Among a handful of electronic issues, my brand new GV70 went into Neutral while driving. That's a major safety issue so I immediately stopped driving the car. Hendersonville Genesis told me they were too busy and too under-staffed to book any service appointments. Took my name and number. Still haven't called me back. Genesis dealer in Charlotte took the car and serviced it. Genesis buyers beware!!

Today I called and scheduled my first service with Genesis of Hendersonville, NC. Hunter Automotive Group. I submitted the service request on their website, Deborah called me this morning and got me scheduled and reserved a loaner car for me. She was very helpful and made it seem effortless. If this is an indication of the service I will receive I will be pleased. Like many Genesis owners I have been having a few concerns about service after reading so many disappointing experiences.
