Like Sharron.. I also had a horrible experience with this location twice. Brought it my car to have it serviced for basic stuff. On both occasions waited for tech to work on car for several hours only to be told my car still wasn’t worked on yet. The car was brought in at 8am and at 2pm Matt the service advisor didn’t provided any updates, no call or notifications during the wait said they haven’t stated yet. Are you serious! This place is a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and visit another service center.
