My wife and I went to gettel genesis of sarasota and thank goodness we were greeted by a very professional salesperson by the name of Armondo. I wanted to look and maybe buy a G80 and ended up buying the G80 and a G70m for my wife. An awesome experience and would highly recommend buying this product and most of all go see ARMONDO.
Impossible to schedule valet service, 6 to 7 week wait, unacceptable when one takes into account that this is a luxury vehicle and at a premium cost. Staff is disorganized and incapble of responding. Calls are not returned, live chat is from an outside party and can't do anything.
If you enjoy the luxury of the Gensis vehicle with gas station customer service then I assure there is no better place to waste your time, money, and premium gas, the Genesis of Bowie. If you're like me, and your request is urgent and time sensitive, you have the convenience of scheduling an appointment, selecting a service and including notes online for a time where no technicians will be available and no one will read. Had a great experience with Steve Tapia over here. We live an hour away, didn’t wanna waste time and have been shopping around for a G70 to find the best price no money down. He gave me easily the best price by far, no bait and switch tactics with raising the price once I got there. Very transparent, no headaches, what he says is what he does. I recently scheduled my service for my GV70. The pick up/ drop off loaner was seamless. Alex Alvarado, Service Dept, was exceptionally helpful and very responsive. I was kept informed about the work performed. Honestly, Genesis of White Plains is by far the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. (And I’ve dealt with a lot). DON'T BUY A CAR HERE. I bought my Genesis GV80 in Sep 2023. It currently has just over 30K miles. No complaints with the car, but the dealership is beyond terrible. Almost every service experience I've had there has been negative. The latest is this: When I bought the car they told me I had complimentary service for 3 years or 36K miles. Today, I took the vehicle in for service and was told that I had "used up" my eight services. Extremely Disorganized Experience – Buyer Beware The Genesis vehicle itself is excellent.
