I had a few wrinkles on my very first experience with this dealership (service department). The GM Chris Schemik immediately stepped in to resolve my issues. He went above and beyond with excellent customer service! I will be back for that exact reason! A+ and Thank you again Chris!
This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I was hoping by waiting a week or so to write this review that it would no longer seem to be as bad of an experience but time has definitely not taken away any of the sting. I wish I had walked away when the car they had advertised online didn't match the one they claimed it was and said the pictures were just stock photo pictures. 2 weeks later after purchasing "that car" it's still listed for sale online although I supposedly bought it.
