This dealership has become an absolute nightmare. I just finsihed having the service manage rlay into me because i questioned being charged for the free cabin air filter replacement. This was after I was informed that the complimentarty 3 year 36,000 mile services I was promised when I purchased the vehicle will no longer be included even though I am only at 24,000 miles etc.... I was also told that the a/c that isnt working grrat needs the liquid added etc... and it would be around $600 to fix and is not covered under warra... read more
