The staff is very courteous and efficient. I have been with this dealership for approximately 13 years. I’ve always been treated with great respect by my salesperson and service department. I have been dealing with Joyce Hornbeck in sales for approximately 7 or 8 years. She is always very helpful and committed to finding the vehicle that I want. The service department is very efficient. Super knowledgeable staff, no pressure, helped walk me through the finance process kept me informed throughout the whole process. A+++++++
Took much too long this time. Need to work on eliminating the waste within a routine service visit. The service tech who performed my routine maintenance left the dealership before I did (6:00 pm). A lot of idle time was observed between the attendants.
I do not recommend ever buying a Genesis. Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. Was told I needed a new motor. Went to local shop and misfire was fixed with new ignition coils. Service department doesn’t communicate or have good customer service skills. Dealing with Genesis corporate is an even worse experience.
