Pretty good experience. Thomas checked me in and he was very good. The actual service was good but they didn’t reset the system and I am getting messages that I need service. I will have to drive back to the shop to have it reset.

Genesis of Greer is very professional and accommodating. I needed a loaner and although they did not have one immediately they were open enough to say that and organized my drop off with a loaner available. This is so important for people who need their car for work.
I've been dealing with subpar services from the Toyota dealership, but even though my Honda is not a Genesis, they took great care and had no issues which no one should. Toyota gave me grief every time I went there. Fred Anderson Genesis was without problems.
Very pleased with ease of scheduling and prompt service. Attendant very cordial and welcoming.
