The service department at Genesis Goshen is fantastic. Kate was excellent, she kept me updated with progress and was very easy to speak with. Brian was very helpful when setting up pickup, Always very polite. Whenever I stopped in the whole team there was great! I hope they keep Genesis in Goshen!!
Very courteous and professional staff! Would give 5 stars but every time I have gone, car is not reset. I have to try to figure it out so service warnings stop which is annoying.
