Had a wonderful experience with this dealership! Matthew was so nice and was willing to go the extra mile to earn our business! Raj is the best salesman! He made sure that I was 100% happy with my purchase and took so much time going over every feature of my car. No pressure sale! Wonderful customer service and I highly recommend them!
We had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone was extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond for us. Especially Parker and Kevin who helped us find the vehicle we wanted and get everything taken care of. The entire process was quick and easy without any issues. Highly recommend coming to Genesis of Edmond if you're looking for a new luxury vehicle.
HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT. AARON IS TOTALLY USLESS! His solution to my problem was for me to take it to another dealership bc he didn't know how to fix it! Then when I was leaving the whole dash was blank. It took him a while to undo that , but he at least he pushed a few buttons , did something! We'll see how long it lasts.
