Bought a pre-owned Acura from this dealership recently. The overall experience was pretty typical for a car dealership, but Giancarlo was great to work with. He made the entire process smooth. You can tell he’s been doing this for a while, he knows his stuff and made me feel comfortable with the whole thing. We traveled over an hour to this dealership to see a car we found on Carfax. We scheduled an appointment to see the car and this dealership was very accommodating. We were greeted within minutes of arriving for our appointment and the car was up front and ready for us to view. Giancarlo was very easy to work with.
