I have bought numerous vehicles in my time for my wife and 3 kids. I cannot say that I ever had a professional experience until NOW. Ron is the Best VEHICLE CONSULTANT [a leap above a salesman] I have ever experienced. Very polished and knowledgeable right down to his shirt, tie and wingtip shoes attire. He was very patient. He handled all of the paperwork like a pro. Great demeanor. Felt like I was purchasing my GV70 Sport Prestige from a friend. GREAT WORK RON!
I’m writing to express my disappointment with the sales manager Chad ‘s conduct. He appeared disengaged, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to customer needs practically sitting idle and swatting flies instead of doing his job. The work was poorly handled, and the level of service was far below acceptable standards. This experience raises serious concerns about leadership and training at this store. I hope management takes corrective action to maintain professionalism and customer trust.
