We bought a GV80Coupe from Weatherford. The engine failed at 1195 miles. Genesis promised us a refund; that NEVER came. We hired an attorney; Genesis's Attorney Team was stronger. They offered us a reimbursement; at a greater than $10K loss, no fault of our own. This Korean-California Company is the OPPOSITE of Texas Companies. I was shopping for a GV70 and several dealers had the car i wanted but Seion was very informative and worked for my business. Once the sale portion was completed i was move into the finance portion where Jacob prepared the paperwork and went over the service plan options. Jacob worked to find the right plan for me, also worked the numbers but i was most surprised when he found me a better interest rate. Boom, great job Seion and Jacob.
