Dwayne was nothing short of awesome. Very welcoming and very knowledgeable of all the different models. We bought our first Genesis during our first visit!
They were correct on diagnosing my problem and gave me loaner cars. I appreciate that they took care of me. I just wish they would’ve been a little bit more persistent on the tire issue. The room was bent on my car and that was the main issue they said was causing the shaking. They did tell me I needed new tires, but they did say that the room was the first issue anyway turned out. They were right in both instances.
