I used to drive a GV70 and was considering switching to a different car. However, I was so satisfied with my previous experience that I decided to go with the GV70 again. The dealer was incredibly helpful and provided such detailed explanations, which made me very happy with my choice. I’m definitely sticking with Genesis for my next car as well.
Very patient and supportive. We were looking at two vehicles and Ben was more than helpful while keeping a smile on his face while we peppered him with questions. We live in OC and he went above and beyond and drove the vehicle to my house so my wife could see it!

Overall, not a bad car buying experience. The sales and finance team weren't pushy and the whole process wasn't too drawn out. 2 things they could have done better were showing me alternative trims when I got there and doing a better job of preping the car and going over the features when turning it over to me. I recommend them for a car purchases.
