Mike Bowers is excellent!! I went to the dealership on a Saturday, he covered the features of the car, allowed me to test drive and discussed my options. They didn’t have the color that I wanted, but thankfully he located the one I wanted in TN. It was delivered the next day and the rest is history. I loved the entire experience. Everyone there is so nice. Customer service was top notch!!!
Service team member, Matthew Johnson, at Stivers Genesis made sure that I and my G70 received A+ customer service. He greeted me at my vehicle upon arrival, patiently listened to my requests, provided status updates during my stay, and explained the results from the extra items I wanted inspected. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and confidently answered questions about a new larger Genesis SUV he shared was set to hit the market soon. He made sure I left happy and taken care of!
