Bought a Genesis in California and live in South Carolina. Many of the set up courtesies were not completed on the car before we left to come home. Found Joe at Genesis in Columbia SC and he took care of those items with no issues at all. After a little while with Joe we had a car that was as wonderful as it was intended. No hassles. I would give him a 10 if I could.
My salesperson Genesis Joe, was very attentive, professional, and educational on the vehicles. He made the process of purchasing the GV80 easy and comfortable. Every question was answered and the warranty was past exceptional. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
