Liz is not cut out to be a service advisor for luxury vehicles. Condescending and unprofessional.
I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Their customer service is horrible. I leased a brand new GV80 Dec. 2024 and rear seat console is broken since April 2024. I have taken it to their service department 5 times and it is returned to me each time stating that the problem is fixed when in fact it is still broken. Great staff and customer service!
Nadine and Bobby were amazing to work with. They listened to us and got us into exactly what we were looking for. Nadine was kind and professional and brought us lunch which was much appreciated. Bobby was helpful and honest. Couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. Management is excellent too. Everyone put a personalized touch on everything for us. We will be back and are looking forward to doing business again with them in the future.
